The rape case was dismissed at San Fernando, Pampanga's Regional Trial Court. (pls. look at the date when it happened)
Few months later, It was revived by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to hear the case again.

No wonder if the DOJ under the Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's government did that it is because the Arroyo Administration favors the ADD's long time mortal nemesis, the INC (Iglesia ni Cristo) religion founded by Felix Manalo in 1914.
because of Gloria's belief that the INC members by its unity voting is the reason why she won in the presidential elections on May 2004.
how could I ever say that? It is because the INC can even request and it was granted that to remove one of its members named Lope Jimenez from the list of suspects in the Ruby Rose Barrameda case.

AND THAT IS WHY HIS NAME IS NOT FOUND ANYMORE IN THE INTERPOL WANTED LIST DATABASE
Why in the world hasn't any of the justices asked who the complainant is? Who is Daniel "Puto" Veridiano? Isn't he publicly known as rapist? Then he gets raped by a very busy old man who cannot even get time for himself to sleep enough?

Puto admitted he had sexually abused 9 of his office subordinates, and the court never even considered this?
Give me a clean-living Puto and I will believe his accusation. Tell me he went to other churches and not to the Iglesia ni Cristo and I will believe he was raped.
But for as long as these facts bear out the truth and his motives, I cannot believe that this practiced rapist Daniel Veridiano was raped as he claimed.
He is only allowing himself to be used by Bro. Eli's enemies. I hope Puto gets well from his imagined rape that he is forever ranting now.
So where's Brother Eli Soriano now? If he's no longer a fugitive, Why is he HIDING?

I am concern on the words above, "Today Bro. Eli is not a fugitive anymore" cause never in the history Bro. Eli Soriano been a fugitive. It is a misnomer to say "he is not a fugitive anymore." The law says and define fugitive from justice" as one already convicted by final judgement.

I am concern on the words "Today Bro. Eli is not a fugitive anymore" cause a fugitive from justice is one already convicted by final judgement. Bro. Eli has NEVER convicted by final judgment so he is not a fugitive from justice.
