These are my proofs:
1) What does the Quran and the Bible teaches what to do to the apostates?
The Quran teaches:
They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): So take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of God (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks;- (4:89)
The Bible teaches:
1 Timothy 1:20 Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme. (for the renegade apostates)
1 Timothy 1:15 This thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes.
1 Timothy 1:16 The Lord give mercy unto the house of Onesiphorus; for he oft refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain:
2) What does the Quran and the Bible teaches in order for Christians and Muslims to cease their enemies' persecutions?
The Quran teaches:
And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God; but if they cease, let there be no hostility except to those who practise oppression. (2:193)
The Bible teaches:
1 Peter 2:15 For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
3) What does the Quran and the Bible teaches about having relations with unbelievers?
The Quran teaches:
Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: (3:28)
The Bible teaches:
James 2:1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
Proverbs 28:21 To have respect of persons is not good:
What is respect of persons mentioned here? It is discriminating people if you will read the following verses:
James 2:2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment;
James 2:3 And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool:
James 2:4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?
