"2nd man in heaven" mentioned in 1 Corinthians 15:47

An art depicting Lord Jesus descends from heaven to judge the whole mankind

Let's read the said verse:

1 Corinthians 15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

This could be the best or perhaps one of the best arguments being used by INC religion 1914 founded by Felix Manalo and Jehovah's Witnesses to prove that the Lord Jesus Christ is ONLY A MAN.

In this artircle, I will post my refutations:

FIRST: This verse for me is also one of the best proofs that Lord Jesus is God. We must know that the term LORD as in capital L in the Bible as we can read in Psalms 100:3 is God.

So the second man from heaven which is the Lord means that he is God too.

SECOND: The second man in the verse points out to the spiritual and incorruptible body which the Christians will inherit when they will be resurrected from their graves in order to be with God in the new heaven and new earth where righteousness dwells (read 1 Corinthians 15:42-44)

This is the reason why Apostle Saint Paul said in verse 15:45 "And so it is written" meaning the second man who is the Lord from heaven has also spiritual and incorruptible body. You can read it in Philippians 3:20-21 it says:

For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

THIRD AND LAST: Since INC 1914 religion and Jehovah's Witnesses disagrees that a God cannot transform into a man and they quote Hosea 11:9 it says there that GOD IS NOT MAN. I can say that you cant read there that a God cannot transform into a human being from being a God. Jesus Christ who is also a God became man as you can read in verses John 1:1-3, 14 and Philippians 2:6-8

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.

1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Philippians 2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men

2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

In fact, It was his Father who prepared a body for his Son (who is also a God ofcourse) when he will enter into the human world.

Hebrews 10:5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:

The greatest proof that Jesus is God who became a man is you can read it in 1 Timothy 3:16

1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

CONCLUSION: The verse which the INCs and Jehovah's Witnesses use to prove that the Lord Jesus is only a man also proves that our Lord is also a God

Another Bible verse which Catholic Church uses to misled people to still multiply (2 Timothy 2:15)

1 Timothy 2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

1 Timothy 2:15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

MY COMMENT:

This is another deception.

Notice this:

if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

the childbearing being mentioned here is not literal but spiritual.

What is this anyway since according in the Bible is that we must seek the LORD's book (read Isaiah 34:16)

1 Peter 2:22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
1 Peter 2:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

THE SPIRITUAL CHILDBEARING MENTIONED IN 1 TIMOTHY 2:15 IS PURIFYING YOUR SOUL BY OBEYING THE TRUTH.

Charity or love according in the Bible as Apostle Saint Paul taught is fulfilling the law (Read Romans 13:10)

Now, Catholic priests make it appear that when women are bearing a child literally is your soul will be saved.

This is ridiculous. it is because some women bear a child because of this:

Psalms 51:5 "Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me."

To be understood easily, The greatest examples of these are the child was the fruit of a woman being raped, because of extramarital sex or premarital sex.

P.S. Pls. share this lecture to my fellow PRO RH bill people. the priests might misled some people if they will use this verse especially Genesis 1:28.

Is hurting your body really means in the verse 1 Corinthians 9:27?

This is what is written in Filipino of the said verse.

1 Corinto 9:27 "Nguni't hinahampas ko ang aking katawan, at aking sinusupil: baka sakaling sa anomang paraan, pagkapangaral ko sa iba, ay ako rin ay itakuwil."

But in English, it is not really hitting your body or penitence which is the right term for this.

1 Corinthians 9:27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

What is the real meaning of this verse anyway?

Again, a question regarding in the Bible should also be found in the Bible.

Because in the Bible, it says that we (God's believers) must seek the book of the LORD. (read Isaiah 34:16)

We must answer now what does Apostle Saint Paul means when he speaks in the verse I KEEP UNDER MY BODY, AND BRING IT UNTO SUBJECTION?

Romans 6:19 "I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness."

We Christians should know that hurting your body as an act of repentance is really against on the teaching of the Bible. This is the proof:

Colossians 2:23 "Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh."

The Greek word and meaning of the word neglecting on the said verse is APHEIDIA it means unsparingly severity

This is what you can read in Filipino of the verse 23 of Colossians Chapter 2 in the Bible which is in the New Testament section:

Colossians 2:23 "Ang mga bagay na iya'y katotohanang mayroong anyo ng karunungan sa pagsambang kusa, at sa pagpapakababa, at sa pagpapakahirap sa katawan; nguni't walang anomang kabuluhan laban sa ikalalayaw ng laman."

The tradition taught by Apostle Saint Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2:15

This is what you can read in this verse:

2 Thessalonians 2:15 "Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle."

This verse could be perhaps the greatest alibi of the Unholy Roman Catholic Church in order just to defend that almost all of their teachings that cannot be found in the Bible is IT WAS TAUGHT BY WORD OF MOUTH BY THE APOSTLES AND JUST PASSED IT ON THE APOSTLES' SUCCESSORS.

What could I say about this are:

1) He speaks only of what had been delivered to them by himself, whether orally or by letter; not of what was delivered from one to another as from him. There is no intimation here that they were to hold anything as from him which they had not received directly from him, either by his own instructions personally or by letter. With what propriety, then, can this passage be adduced to prove that we are to hold the traditions which professedly come to us through a great number of intermediate persons? Where is the evidence here that the church was to hold those unwritten traditions, and transmit them to future times?

Whether by word - By preaching, when we were with you. It does not mean that he had sent any oral message to them by a third person.

Or our epistle - The former letter which he had written to them.

2) All teachings of Apostle Paul which he taught by word of mouth was soon written by St. Luke.

We must remember that the Acts of the Apostles was written by Luke. We must know that Luke is Apostle Paul's doctor (Read Colossians 4:14)

You should know that the Book of Acts of the Apostles in the Bible contains more stories of Apostle Paul's life than of any Apostles of Lord Jesus Christ. the book's story ends where Apostle Paul spent his house arrest in Rome.

No wonder why St. Luke is always on the side of the Apostle Paul even some of his Christian companions left him after seeing him on a place where the Apostle preached and established a Christian locale there (Read 2 Timothy 4:11) The greatest proof that St. Luke saw mostly how the Apostle Paul lived his life on earth as Lord Jesus' appointed Apostle for the Gentiles (Acts 13:47,  Acts 22:21, Romans 11:13, 1 Timothy 2:7)

You can only read Apostle Paul's teachings which he taught by word of mouth in the Book of Acts of the Apostles in the Bible.

You can find them in these following verses (Acts Chapter 13, Acts 14:15-18, Acts 16:30-31, Acts 17:22-31, Acts 19:3-4, Acts 20:18-36)

For short, all of the teachings of Apostle Paul that cannot be found in his letters to the Roman, Corinthian, Galatian, Colossian, Thessalonian, Ephesian and Philippian Christians.

besides, the teachings of Paul delivered by his word of mouth are based also in the Scriptures too unlikely the traditions of the Holy Roman Catholic Church which almost all are unbiblical and it is against the teachings of God written in the Bible.

Acts 17:10 "And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.

Acts 17:11These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Acts 17:12 Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few."

3) All of the teachings which was taught by word of mouth even of from Lord Jesus Christ was written also by St. Luke:

Luke 1:1 Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us,

Luke 1:2 Even as they delivered them unto us, which from the beginning were eyewitnesses, and ministers of the word;

Luke 1:3 It seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus,

Luke 1:4 That thou mightest know the certainty of those things, wherein thou hast been instructed.

The proof is this teaching of Lord Jesus Christ which cannot be found in the Gospel written by Matthew, Mark and John was said only by St. Paul the Apostle written in the book of Acts of the Apostle in the Bible:

Acts 20:35 "I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive."

In the end, It is Apostle Paul who taught that we Christians should not believe which are not written.

1 Corinthians 4:6 "That ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another."

It is also Apostle Paul who taught that we should only use the apostle's letters if we will preach God's words:

1 Corinthians 14:36 "What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only?

1 Corinthians 14:37 "If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord."

Granting w/o accepting for me that there are teachings of the apostles which they do not write later or by someone else who is a Christian, Why almost all of Catholic dogmas clearly violate the teachings of God written in the Bible?

But in fact, Christians especially a worker of God like St. Luke (Read Philemon 1:24) write what they hear or see. for example, St. Matthew may not be on the scene of crucifixion but he heard about it, he will write it.

1 John 1:3 "That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

1 John 1:4 And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full."

We should only follow the doctrines what are only written. Why? because not knowing the Scriptures is the cause of man's err against God's satutes:

Matthew 22:29 "Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God."

Because Scriptures will make men to be perfect, furnished unto all good works (Read 2 Timothy 3:16-17)

What does the Bible say if we believe on traditions (which are not based also in the Bible) and not only in the Scriptures?

Mark 7:7 "Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments of men.

Mark 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, [as] the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

Mark 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

Notice the words which are bolded and underlined especially which are highlighted in yellow.

Today, It is also the same belief of the Unholy Roman Catholic Church that teaches to its followers that they should not believe on Scripture alone and it teaches to its followers that the Scriptures are not enough or lacking to be believed by them in order for them to be saved. it insists to them that they should also believe on their invented traditions claiming to be apostolic but almost all of them when investigated with an open mind are clearly unbiblical and it is against the teachings of God in the Bible.

No wonder that this statement of Lord Jesus Christ is true here:

Matthew 15:3 "But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?"

Babylon where Peter was there in 1 Peter 5:13

A picture depicting St. Peter the Apostle.

I believe this is the right answer for this by clicking this link:

http://www.endtimeprophecy.net/Articles/AMysterySolvedPeterBabylon.html

Besides, Apostle Saint Paul who is a Jew called Rome the city of Rome. because the Catholic alibi of this that Jews call Rome Babylon.

here is the proof:

Romans 1:7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Woman in Revelation 17 that is the Vatican and how powerful she is.

St. Peter's Basilica in Rome, The residence of the Pope and the largest Catholic church in the world.

VATICAN CITY (CNS) -- If there's one clear conclusion that can be drawn from the Vatican-related WikiLeaks disclosures, it's that the United States takes the Vatican and its diplomatic activity very seriously.

"The Vatican is second only to the United States in the number of countries with which it enjoys diplomatic relations (188 and 177, respectively), and there are Catholic priests, nuns and laypeople in every country on the planet. As a result, the Holy See is interested and well-informed about developments all over the globe," it said.

the revelation is clear and true let me requote it

Revelation 17:1-3 “…Come hither; I will show unto you the judgment of the great w h o r e that sitteth upon many waters: 2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed FORNICATION, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her FORNICATION. 3 …I saw a WOMAN sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy… 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON the great, the MOTHER OF HARLOTS and abominations of the earth.”

Revelation 17:6 .....'And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.'

So Babylon the Great is drunk with the blood of Christians. Does this describe the Roman Catholic Church? Yes! No other institution has blood on their hands like the Roman Catholic Church does. Tens of millions of Christians were slaughtered during the reign of the church between 538AD - 1798AD.

Revelation 17:15 .....'he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the ***** sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.'

Babylon the Great sits upon many waters, which are people, nations and tongues. This describes the Roman Catholic Church, as she certainly sits upon (is supported by) many people and nations. The Roman Catholic Church has huge support all over the world. The support is so large that it equals to approximately 15% of the world population.

Revelation 17:18 .....'And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.'

again a GREAT CITY very obvious

this is not just a warning indeed God has an invitation to all of us who are chosen before the world began

Revelation 18:4 .....'Come out of her my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.'

ADDITIONAL EXPOSE:

From: http://www.pinoyexchange.com/forums/showpost.php?p=56000228&postcount=22

rich the revelation has something to say

Revelation 17:4 says she’s “decked with GOLD and PRECIOUS STONES and PEARLS, having a GOLDEN cup in her hand.”

The miter (mitra, mitre, infula) is the liturgical head-covering of the bishops, including the pope. It is not possible to prove its existence with certainty before the tenth century. The form has passed through many variations. At first it was a round cap fitting the head closely with a brow band and ribbons falling down on the back of the neck. The miter soon developed into a biretta with edges turned up sharply; it then received a tall peaked termination and finally assumed an oval form. An ornamental band, decorated in special cases with precious metals and stones, surrounds the lower rim, a second vertical one divides the breadth. The fabric is also embroidered with designs and figures. The material is silk; only at councils are linen miters prescribed for the bishops, in order to distinguish them from the cardinals

 Revelation 17:9

"This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits.

for ROME is proverbial as “the city built on seven hills. (click the image below to see it larger)

The Seven Hills of Rome:

Aventine Hill: This was the hill on which Remus chose to live.

Caelian Hill: Many of Rome's greastest lived upon here.

Capitoline Hill: The hill of the government. The temples of Jupiter Optimus Maximus, Juno Moneta, and Concord were built on this hill.

Esquiline Hill: Had a walled city built on it around 700 B.C.

Palentine Hill: The hill of Romulus, many of Rome's rich and elite lived here. The temple of Magna Mater was located here.

Quirinal Hill: The hill of which the Sabines nested.

Viminalis Hill: The smallest of the seven hills, and the last to be included in Rome.

In the bible woman represents the Church

Isaiah 54:5-6 “For your Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and your Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called. 6 For the LORD has called you as a WOMAN forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when you were refused, saith your God.”

Ephesians 5:31-32 “For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. 32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning CHRIST AND THE CHURCH.

but the difference of this woman who sits on the seven hills is different from the true Church or the pure woman it is corrupted and a whore

3 …I saw a WOMAN sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy… 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON the great, the MOTHER OF HARLOTS and abominations of the earth.”

sitteth upon many waters the revelation has something to say again

15And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the w h o r e sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

Revelation 17:18 .....'And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

wow GREAT CITY now that's a very obvious CLUE

now that's powerful and UNIVERSAL

remember wisdom is needed to decypher who is this whore

now you know!

The explanation about the evil spirit from the LORD

David Plays the Harp for Saul, by Rembrandt van Rijn, c. 1658.

Again, this is one of the most favorite verse of the Muslims to prove that the Biblical God is like a devil who sends evil spirit mentioned in 1 Samuel 16:14-15.

1 Samuel 16:14 But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.

1 Samuel 16:15 And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee.

Some of the most difficult passages in scripture are those that show God using the devil or evil spirits for His purpose. We know that God is not the cause of wickedness, so it goes against our understanding to think of Him sending evil spirits hither and yon to do His bidding. Yet, we examine scripture and there they are. Let us see if we can make sense of this biblical teaching.

1. First, we must understand that God is not the source of wickedness. The "evil" He creates in Isaiah 45:7 refers to bad things like earthquakes and floods, not to sin or wicked acts (this verse is covered in another question and answer). The Bible teaches that sin originates from the devil (1 John 3:8). He is also the father of the lie and was a murderer from the beginning (John 8:44). On the other hand, God cannot be tempted with evil or wicked acts and He does not tempt any man to commit these acts (James 1:13-14). God is holy and all that springs forth from Him is pure and good.

2. Second, though God is not the source of wickedness, He often uses the wicked to perform His own purpose. Psalm 76:10 states, "Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain." Here we learn that God will take man's wrath toward Him and turn it into praise. That wrath which is not to be turned into God's praise will be restrained.
But how can God use the devil and evil spirits to do His bidding? Perhaps a biblical study of the cause of death would help at this point. On one hand, God is clearly the cause of death. In Deuteronomy 32:39, He declares, "I kill, and I make alive." Hannah, in her prayer of praise, said, "The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up" (1 Samuel 2:6). Exodus 12:23 tells us concerning the first Passover, "For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians." Certainly, God is in charge of taking life.

However, on the other hand, Hebrews 2:14 tells us that Christ came to die on the cross that He might "destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil." The next verse say that the devil holds the lost in bondage through the fear of death. But the problem is clear. If God is in charge of death, how can the devil have the power of death? The answer explains a lot about how God uses the world of the wicked to do His bidding.

The devil by nature is a murderer (John 8:44). His rebellion against God changed his character and has made him a force that naturally kills and destroys all that comes under his power. In Revelation 9:11, he is called Abaddon and Apollyon. Both names mean Destroyer. Paul understands that someone may be delivered "unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh" (1 Corinthians 5:5).

We see this principle in operation in Job. When God turns Job over to Satan the second time, He states, "Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life" (Job 2:6).

If God had allowed him to do so, Satan would have killed Job. Earlier in the story, God did allow Satan to kill the sons and daughters of Job (Job 1:18-19). So, who killed the children of Job? You say, Satan. But even this is not so easy. After they were killed, Job said, "the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD" (Job 1:21).

He gave God the credit for taking his children (also the cattle and other possessions). And, if we reflect on it, we can see that both are true. Satan killed Job's children but God was responsible for allowing them to be killed. He took them away.

So, what about the sending of evil spirits by the Lord? This may be more common in scripture than you think.

In Psalm 78:49, God judged Israel "by sending evil angels among them." In Judges 9:23, "God sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the men of Shechem." In 1 Kings 22:22, God sent a "lying spirit" in the mouth of the false prophets to send Ahab to his death. In the passage in question (1 Samuel 16:14-15), God removed His Spirit from the disobedient Saul. This opened the door for an evil spirit to come and torment Saul. Though in this passage, it is only the servants of Saul that said the evil spirit was from the Lord, in other passages (1 Samuel 18:10; 1 Samuel 19:9), the text states that the evil spirit came from the Lord.

What we see in these passages follows a pattern. When God removes His protective hand, he often turns the person over to Satan for destruction or to an evil spirit for torment. The devil and the evil spirits do the work, but God has allowed them to do what come natural to them for His own purpose.

I know that some will have trouble with this concept, but it is thoroughly established in scripture. God does not commit wickedness, but He uses the wicked for His purpose. In the end, God will have His glory. How much better it is for us to submit to Him and obey Him willingly.

What is the meaning of 2 Corinthians 12:16 that the Christians were caught by Apostle Paul's guile?

An art depicting Apostle Saint Paul

This is the probably the most favorite Bible verse of anti Apostle Paul Muslims to prove that the Apostle Paul is a deceiver:

2 Corinthians 12:16 But be it so, I did not burden you: nevertheless, being crafty, I caught you with guile.

Readers of this blog must know the reason why it was said.

In verses 13-21 of the 2nd letter of Paul to the Corinthians Chapter 12, Paul was being doubted by the Corinthian Christians that he is just after on their money as his own source of income.

That is why Apostle Paul said this:

2 Corinthians 12:14 Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for I seek not yours, but you: for the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children.

2 Corinthians 12:15 And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved.

Have you noticed the verse 15 that is bolded? this is the proof that Apostle Paul is not really after the money of the Corinthian Christians but instead he will be like a parent to them who will spend for them.

In fact, Apostle Paul unlike most preachers today whose source of their living came from their members' contributions do some labor mentioned in Acts 18:3 as a tentmaker.

This is the greatest proof that Apostle Paul will never be a burden to the Christians by getting their money as his own source of income because he also works for his own to sustain himself.

Now I should answer the meaning of the verse being used by the Muslims against the beloved Apostle Paul to prove that he is a deceiver of how we Christians was caught by Apostle Paul's guile? (notice carefully the words I bolded and underlined in the verses)

1 Corinthians 9:18 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.

1 Corinthians 9:19 For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.

1 Corinthians 9:20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;
1 Corinthians 9:21 To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.
1 Corinthians 9:22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
1 Corinthians 9:23 And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
